The best solution to produce blocks in discontinuous with expanded rigid, flexible and phenolic polyurethanes that can be used for production of any kind of upholsteries such as mattresses, sofas, pillows seats for means of transport sheets for sound proof couplings, any kind of sponges medical devices,  panels and sheets for building and  ceiling field, set design boats, automotive phenolic blocks for plant nursery and florist sector. Our Machine is manufactured to face different needs of the customers and ready to be installed in heavy conditions and can be managed even by not skilled operators. MB 150/200 doesn’t use any solvent, is compact and easy to install, and can be delivered completely assembled.  The production ratio is of 120 blocks and more for 8 hours shift, the number of chemical components is on demand and with no limit, standard blocks have 2x1x1 and 2x2x1 meters dimensions and the weight can be up to 120 kg or 240 on demand .
